About her new book, Breastfeeding with Confidence, Sue writes:

Over the past twenty five years I have been privileged to receive hundreds of letters from mothers with newly found confidence in breastfeeding. These stories have been carefully stored in my "happy-mail boxes" until I finally lifted the lids to include the stories from these wonderful women in my new book Breastfeeding with Confidence.

Confidence is the key to breastfeeding so the title backed up by the letters will help the reader to appreciate that believing in their ability to breastfeed will help them reach their breastfeeding goal. As they read they will learn the historical reasons why breastfeeding became difficult and why there are so many conflicting ideas about breastfeeding and parenting. They will also read of the difficulties that can occur, the solutions, and will be encouraged by the letters which end these chapters.

This new book is a Do-It-Yourself Guide to breastfeeding. The reader is encouraged to become involved by learning practical skills as they read through the book. As many women learn through graphics, Coral Tulloch's illustrations have been reviewed so as to give the reader more exact visual images on many aspects of breastfeeding. Her sensitivity to mothers and babies comes through in her delightful illustrations.
