Mrs. Moore is a Graphic Designer currrently working at Hale Publishing, has an Associates Degree in Commercial Art and a web master of the Hale Publishing web site. Joyce has 20 years experience in Graphic Design. She has won several awards for her art work, and illustrated the children's book, "The New Baby". She enjoys her 9 grandchildren and painting.
