Hale Publishing Hosts Author’s Session at ILCA

Hale Publishing is hosting an author’s session at the ILCA conference.  This session is a must for both experienced and aspiring authors.  Hale Publishing is always looking for new authors to write about maternal and infant issues.

Our goal is to take the mystery out of the publishing process.  Experts from our editorial staff will share tips that help pave the way to publication.  Learn to prepare and submit a successful book proposal. Discover how our acquisitions team evaluates a book proposal and decides if the book will do well in our target market.  Once your book is accepted for publication, learn how the Hale Publishing team works with our authors to turn your manuscript into a finished book.  Our editor guides Hale Publishing authors through the development, writing, and editing process.  Our design and production department assists with graphics, layout, and cover design.  Once your book is printed, our marketing department showcases your book to thousands of readers in our target market.

If you are curious about any part of the publishing process, this session provides plenty of opportunity to get your questions answered.
