Army of Women Update – To date 327,500 men and women have joined the Army of Women and been recruited for participation in more than 20 studies, sometimes filling the studies within 48 hours. This is saving scientists time and money, and allowing them to start working much sooner than expected. Three current studies include a Seattle-based study to improve wellness for breast cancer survivors, a study on stress, sleep, and breast cancer to determine if there is a connection, and an Ohio study to determine if yoga can ease the symptoms of post-treatment problems for breast cancer survivors. To join the Army of Women and participate in upcoming studies, click here.
